KakaoTalk_20190408_165642158Welcome to my website. I am a full-time Lecturer in the Global Studies department at Bentley University. I received my Ph.D. degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2021, specializing in international relations, comparative politics, and quantitative analysis. My primary research agenda focuses on the factors that facilitate international cooperation in non-traditional security issues, such as human rights, development, environment, etc. I am also interested in the relationship between international cooperation and domestic politics.

My research is published or forthcoming in International Interactions, International Area Studies Review, Korean Observer, Korean Journal of International Relations (KCI), Journal of International Politics, etc.

I also enjoy teaching a lot. I have instructed courses in International Relations and comparative politics. I was awarded annual excellence in teaching award in 2018.
